Terms and conditions of delivery and purchase of goods:
Payment please within eight working days of receipt of invoice.  Please remit funds quoting my reference number.  I shall be pleased to advise the best method of payment from your country.
I occasionally supply stamps prior to payment to customers well-known to me.  In such cases, after thirty days, you have to pay twelve percent on the total amount due, plus 2% interest per month on any outstanding balance at the start of the month.  All stamps, letters and sheets can be expertise upon the buyers request by internationally-acknowledged experts. This is at the buyers expense, but at EAST EUROPE PHILATELICS risk,  if the stamp's is refused a certificate.

Postage and Packing is always extra to the cost price on all orders. I accept all major credit cards **, bank drafts in €uro's without any additional charge.  I can also accept cheque in your own currency but ALL bank charges must then be met by you, the purchaser. I am also happy to accept cash by registered post but this is entirely at your risk.  Exceptionally it may be possible to send urgently needed items C.O.D.

 

** I ask your too send your credit card details, number, valid date, name on the card, the 3 digits security number from the back, split it over two e-MAILS. If you know I have your credit card details on file, you can ask my to use these without quoting your numbers. If you feel uncomfortable with sending credit card information by e-MAIL, send me your phone number and best contact time and I will telephone you, at my expense, for your card details.

				I will supply certificates of authentication on request for all items bought over this site.        The buyer will only be charged for the cost off the certificate IF the stamps is authenticated.        IF it is proves to be a forgery, all the cost will be refunded by me and we have NO-deal.
