Lighthouse., scouting., Extremely RARE
The lighthouse shown is the old
Cape Constanta lighthouse, also known as the Genovese lighthouse. It was
established in 1860 and ceased operation in 1913. It showed a fixed white
light from an elevation of 21 metres and had a range of 14 miles. The tower
was made of stone, painted white and was 14 metres high.
The position of the light was 44 10N; 28 42E.
